Foresters

Foresters go into this Seychelles Premier League season as the team everyone else in Mont Fleuri is chasing: champions again in 2025/26, their third league title in six years.

The club took a while to get there. Founded in 1994, it spent its first years working through the Second Division, winning it in 1997 and again in 2006, the second title finally carrying it into the Premier League. The breakthrough came in 2019/20, when the league title arrived alongside the SFF Cup — the club's first double.

Brandon Labrosse has carried a lot of that recent form himself, finishing as the league's top scorer in 2025/26 with 13 goals in 18 matches from the right wing. Colin Bibi, an attacking midfielder capped for Seychelles and formerly the SFF's chief executive, joined in 2024.

European nights have not come this club's way, but African ones have: Foresters have tested themselves in Confederation Cup qualifying against Orapa United of Botswana and FC 15 de Agosto of Equatorial Guinea.
