Inate Rouge

The high point of Inate FC Rouge's short history came in 2022–23, when the club finished second in the Final Pool of Madagascar's second-tier Ligue des Champions on five points, behind champions KFCA Diana. It sent the club up to the top flight alongside the champions themselves.

Inate Rouge did not grow slowly out of a single town side; it was assembled in early 2024 from Inate FC, representing the Vakinankaratra region, and FC Rouge, champions of the Analamanga region. Rakotondramiara Hasina took over as president of the combined club, which kept the red shirts and the nickname Les Rouges from its Rouge half.

The top flight proved a harder place to stay. In the 2023–24 Pro League season, Inate Rouge finished bottom of the South Conference on five points and dropped straight back down to the second division. There was more encouragement in the Telma Coupe that year: a 1-0 win over USCA Foot took the club into the semi-finals of the Coupe de Madagascar before Elgeco Plus FC ended the run.

Antsirabe gives the club its name and its region, but not always its pitch. Matches are mostly played in the capital, Antananarivo, at grounds such as Stade d'Alarobia or Stade Elgeco Plus.

Home, when it does host, means the Antsirabe derby. Académie Ny Antsika and Disciples FC, both based in the city, are the sides Inate Rouge measures itself against.
