Narva U21

Esiliiga B is where the Narva Trans academy side now tests itself. The step up came in 2023, when the U21s finished third with 19 wins from 36 matches, and a year later they settled for sixth.

The side plays its football at Narva Kalev-Fama staadion on Hariduse tänav, a ground that holds 1,000 people and became the fixed home only from 2025, once the pitch at Kreenholmi staadion fell out of usable condition. Before that, matches moved between the two.

Maksim Gruznov took charge and was named Esiliiga B's coach of the month in May 2023.

Levadia U19, Johvi Phoenix and Tartu Kalev fill out the rest of the rivalries.

The club wears the same red, black and dark blue as its parent side, red shirts and socks with black shorts at home, and carries the Trans nickname across into the reserve fixtures.
