Adrian Kostro founded it in 2015 and has run it since, first as SPR Nowe Piekuty, later carrying sponsor names as SPR SBR Bank Nowe Piekuty and then SBR Podlasie Nowe Piekuty. The promotion itself came by winning Group 3 of the II Liga in the 2022/2023 season, under coach Norbert Marks, who stayed on for two more seasons before leaving after 2024/2025. Paweł Olewniczak has since taken over the bench.

Home matches are played some way from Nowe Piekuty itself, at the sports hall attached to the agricultural school in the neighbouring village of Rudka, a modern building of nearly 3,500 square metres. The team is known locally as Wataha — the Pack.

Goalkeeper Jakub Solnica went the other way, leaving for AZS AWF Biała Podlaska after coming through at Industria Kielce.
