Ofk Bor 1919

In April 1968, a mining-town side went all the way to the final of the Marshal Tito Cup. Slovan beat them there, and the run earned OFK Bor a place in the following season's European Cup Winners' Cup. The same 1967/68 campaign brought the club its first Second League (East division) title.

A Frenchman named Laurent, who ran the mine's mechanical services, put together a joint Serbian-French sports society in 1919 and called it Association Sportive Bor; the first competitive match followed a year later. War and reorganisation rewrote the name repeatedly after that — BSK during the occupation, a 1945 merger with Rudar that produced Radnički, then FK Bor once the dust settled in 1946. A "Rudarski" prefix, marking the mining connection outright, stuck to the name from the 1950s until 1974, when the club reverted to plain FK Bor.

The scoreline extremes sit at opposite ends of the calendar: a 21-0 win over BSK Bogutino in the spring of 1960, and a 0-13 defeat to FK Tabane on 13 April 2016, a gap of more than half a century between them.

Financial trouble shut the club down in 2017. It returned the following year under a new name, OFK Bor 1919. The black-and-white colours that gave the club its old nickname, Crno-beli, carried over unchanged, tracing back to the sports society Laurent had set up beside the mine.
