The main stand at Estadio Agustín Sánchez cuts a long, low line against the sky. Behind it, the seating area is visible, while the stands are positioned relative to the pitch. On the pitch itself, the white centre line runs out straight.
Owners of the ground are the Instituto Panameño de Deportes (INDE), the national sports body. Independiente de La Chorrera also play their league matches here. The pitch is synthetic, a change made during renovations that took place in 2008, followed by another upgrade in 2016 that brought in FIFA-approved turf.
The stadium does not have a reputation for large crowds, yet it has hosted the national team on occasion. It also saw a CONCACAF Champions League tie between Sporting Kansas City and Independiente de La Chorrera in 2019, a match where the local side parked the bus and waited for their chance.
