Ice Palace in Volodarsky District
Bryansk, Russia
The Ice Palace in the Volodarsky District opened in February 2010, constructed by Gazprom as part of a charitable programme aimed at young athletes.
It is not the only ice facility in the city. The Volodarsky venue hosts Bryansk Hockey Club, which competes in the National Junior Hockey League (NMHL) and the Russian Hockey League (RHL) .
Alongside the hockey team, a figure skating sports school operates within the same walls. The arena has kept its name since the day it opened—no renaming, no rebranding to follow sponsorship deals.
