Sadlon Arena

The south end of Barrie holds a building that has not changed its purpose, only its name. For nearly three decades the structure has served as the home for the Ontario Hockey League side known as the Barrie Colts, who have played there since their arrival in 1995. The original agreement to name the venue after the Molson brewery expired at the end of 2018, and a new deal with Paul Sadlon Motors saw the facility renamed Sadlon Arena the following year.

Inside the arena, the atmosphere is built on proximity. The original Molson Centre name is gone, but the function remains the same: a place for a team to play hockey in front of a full house.
