Stadio Vito Simone Veneziani

Monopoli sits on the Adriatic coast, and Stadio Vito Simone Veneziani is located in the town centre. The name comes from a local entrepreneur and vice-president of the former U.S. Audace who died in a car accident in 1946, and the ground was historically known as the Stadio Comunale before the change, though the timing is unclear. The north curve was added in the 1980s and floodlights came later, in 2006. The pitch itself — 105 metres long — was natural grass for decades before the club swapped it for Limonta Sport synthetic turf with a shock-pad underlayer, a decision part of wider renovations approved in late 2025 or 2026. The official seating capacity is 4,177, though local sources and others quote higher figures, and the all-time attendance record remains a matter of debate: the club website lists 10,000 for a derby against Brindisi in 2005, while another source puts the number at 12,000 for the same fixture, a 2-2 draw on 6 March 2005. The stadium also hosted concerts by famous singers until the early 2000s. Today the structure includes a covered central tribuna, the north curve, and the south side grandstands, where away fans are seated. The ground is owned by the Municipality of Monopoli, and matches are played under the floodlights.
