Omarska hosted Letar in the Serbian First Division, RS section, Round 4 on Saturday. The visitors took all three points with a 1-0 victory at home soil.
Letar were professional about it. They didn't need much possession to make their way, and by then Omarska were running out of ideas in the final third. The hosts pressed high but couldn't break down a disciplined away defence.
Omarska's recent form hasn't been convincing. They've lost two of their last five, including that 2-3 defeat to Romaniya Pале, and only picked up one win against Sutjeska Foca since August. To be fair, the goal difference tells a starker story than the results alone.
We'd tipped the away win before kick-off, 51 per cent confidence. And here's the thing — it was a straightforward call. Letar have been harder to beat on the road, drawing twice with Drina Zvornik and holding BSK Banja Luka and Laktaši to stalemates.
The result leaves Omarska further adrift while Letar extend their unbeaten run away from home. Three points on the board matters more than anything else in this division right now.
