This time they didn't even need to slow down. The away end never stopped, but Petržalka simply couldn't find any rhythm against a back line that kept stretching and recovering.

Since then they've ground out the win against every opponent. Petržalka's results tell a different story — they lost 0-1 to Spartak Trnava, then 1-6 to Trenčín women. Three defeats in four games leaves them nine points off the leaders.
What stands out isn't just the scoreline. Myjava have kept three clean sheets on the spin now, and Petržalka have conceded more goals in two games than they've scored in their entire campaign. The gap between first and ninth isn't theoretical — it's twenty points, and Petržalka haven't even seen a proper run of form yet.
To be fair, the table doesn't mean much after four matches. But Myjava's fourth consecutive win shows something about their structure. They don't chase games, they control them. Petržalka's single victory came against Partizan Bardejov, a side they'll face again. Until then, they're looking at a long season.
