Alibi Tuzakbayev

Alibi Tuzakbayev moved to Baranovichi on a free transfer from Kaisar on 1 August 2026. Born in Almaty, the midfielder came through the Kairat academy in his home city, playing for the club's reserve side Kairat-M before an early spell abroad with Ruzayevka in Russia. He returned to Kairat-Jastar and, after a loan at Akademiya Ontustik, moved between several Kazakh clubs — Maqtaaral, Zhetysu and Kaisar — with a further loan spell at Khan Tengri along the way. He was back at Kaisar for the 2025 season, making six appearances, before a brief spell with Turan preceded the switch to Belarus.

Tuzakbayev made his Baranovichi debut in August 2026 and has since made four appearances for the club. He featured in a 2-2 draw with BATE Borisov, a 1-1 draw against Dinamo Brest and an away win over Dinamo Minsk, before coming off the bench in the 59th minute as Baranovichi beat Dnepr Mogilev 2-1 at home, with the goals scored by Mikhail Bondarenko and Fedor Lebedev.

At youth level, Tuzakbayev was capped four times for Kazakhstan's under-19 side, making his debut against Slovakia's under-18s in January 2017.
