About the player
Andreas Troelsen took his first football steps at Skjern GF, in the same town where he was born, before leaving the club's youth ranks at 15. His move to senior football came at Esbjerg fB, where he signed in July 2022.
His development at Esbjerg followed a steady curve: a handful of appearances in his debut campaign gave way to more than thirty matches a season by 2023/2024 and 2024/2025. The move that reshaped his career came in February 2026, when IF Brommapojkarna triggered a buyout clause to sign him for a fee of €650,000, taking him from Danish to Swedish football.
The transfer paid off quickly on the pitch. In his first season in the Allsvenskan, Troelsen made 18 appearances and scored three goals, and added a further outing in the Swedish Cup along the way.
At international level, his involvement has so far been limited to a single appearance for Denmark's under-19 side, in a friendly against Germany U19 played in Hobro in May 2022. He has not featured for the senior national team.
