Colin Coosemans

Colin Coosemans came through the Club Brugge academy and made 43 appearances for the first team. He was loaned to Waasland-Beveren, then signed permanently, and went on to make 80 appearances there. Mechelen gave him his longest run as a goalkeeper, three seasons and 62 games, before Gent paid around €750,000 for him in June 2018.

He later joined Anderlecht, where he has now made 109 appearances across the league, the domestic cup and European competition. The 2024/25 season marked a notable period of his time in Brussels: he was named the club's Player of the Season and voted Belgium's best goalkeeper of 2025. Anderlecht reached the Belgian Cup final that campaign, though they came up short against Club Brugge.

Coosemans has never worn the senior Belgium shirt, but he did progress through the youth ranks, with caps for the under-19, under-20 and under-21 sides. Across his career he has now made over 300 appearances at club level, built through steady progress across four clubs.
