Dawid Drachal

Half an hour after coming off the bench against Ruch Chorzów in September 2023, Dawid Drachal had a hat-trick. All three goals came inside 22 minutes as Raków Częstochowa won 5-3, making him the youngest player to score a first-half hat-trick in the Ekstraklasa since Ernest Wilimowski did it in 1934.

He came up through Escola Varsovia before joining Miedź Legnica's junior side and then its first team, making his Ekstraklasa debut in 2022. A fracture sustained that October kept him out for a long stretch; he returned to score his first top-flight goal in May 2023, in a 1-1 draw with Krakovia. That summer he moved to Raków Częstochowa, reportedly on the back of a substantial offer, and went on to make 36 league appearances there, scoring four goals.

With chances limited under coach Marek Papszun, he was loaned to GKS Katowice in February 2025, playing 14 matches for the first team and adding a goal for the reserve side. He joined Jagiellonia in June 2025; the fee was not disclosed, though reports linked the deal to a player exchange and a future resale clause. He has made 21 Ekstraklasa appearances for Jagiellonia, scoring once.

Drachal has represented Poland at youth level from under-17 to under-21, including a brace against Germany in under-19 Euro 2024 qualifying that finished 3-3. He has not yet been called up to the senior side.
