Yegor Rusakov

Yegor Rusakov came up through Borisov's own football system, starting at DYuShSSh-2 before moving into the BATE Borisov academy. He was promoted to the reserve side, BATE-2, in 2024 and made his debut in the Belarusian First League that June. By 2025 he was captaining the reserve team, and that same year he stepped up to the first team, debuting in the Belarusian Cup in July before making his league bow for BATE Borisov in August.

The breakthrough came quickly. In the 2025/26 season Rusakov won the Belarusian Cup with BATE Borisov, signing a contract extension in June 2026 that ties him to the club until the end of 2028. Across that 2026 campaign he scored twice in sixteen Vysshaya Liga appearances and added a goal in the UEFA Conference League, where BATE played three matches. He also found the net twice in a single Belarusian Cup outing and chipped in with an assist in a brief run-out for BATE-2 in the First League. In total he reached five goals and an assist for the season.

He has stayed entirely within the BATE Borisov structure throughout his career, moving up through the club's own age groups rather than arriving via transfer, and there have been no fees attached to any of his moves. He has not yet been capped by Belarus at senior level.
