Hao Guo

Hao Guo is a product of Tianjin Teda's own youth academy, though his path to the first team was not entirely straightforward. In 2010 he was registered with Shaanxi Baorong Chanba but made no competitive appearances there and returned to Tianjin's youth ranks midway through the year. He eventually made his senior debut for Tianjin Teda in the Chinese FA Cup in July 2013, followed by his Chinese Super League debut that November.

Guo went on to become a regular starter. Across his first spell at the club, between 2013 and 2020, he made 133 league appearances and scored five goals in the Super League. He left on a free transfer to Cangzhou Mighty Lions in April 2021, where he spent two seasons and made 40 league appearances. He departed Cangzhou in March 2023 and returned to his boyhood club, by then rebranded as Tianjin Jinmen Tiger, signing a contract running to the end of 2026.

A defensive midfielder by trade, the right-footed Guo represented China at various youth levels, including seven caps for the under-19 side and further appearances for the under-22 and under-23 teams, without progressing to the senior national side.
