About the player
Joseph Nauquidi Diazongua Nfinigui, known professionally as Joseph Nduquidi, is a product of the FC Metz academy, where he arrived in 2017 after starting out at US Forbach. He worked his way through the Metz youth ranks and into the reserve side, FC Metz B, where he made 41 appearances and scored three goals before breaking into the first team in 2022. Across 38 appearances for Metz's senior side, including through the 2024–2025 Ligue 2 campaign, he did not find the net.
Nduquidi holds dual nationality, eligible to represent both France and Angola.
In September 2025, he joined Amiens on loan for the 2025–2026 season, going on to make 22 appearances for the club. Farense for the 2026–2027 season, where he has featured four times since arriving.
