About the player
Lars Mogstad Ranger made his senior debut for Lillestrøm in 2019, the same year he went out on loan to Ullensaker/Kisa, where he made 19 appearances and scored once. He returned to Lillestrøm, extending his contract several times, most recently in March 2024, an agreement that runs through the end of the 2026 season. Since breaking through, he has built up a steady presence in the side, reaching 115 league appearances and seven goals.
Ranger came through Lillestrøm's academy after starting out at Gjerdrum IL. He has not featured for the senior national side.
The high point of his career so far came in 2025, when Lillestrøm won both the Norwegian First Division and the Norwegian Football Cup in the same year, going unbeaten across all competitions. Lillestrøm beat Sarpsborg 08 3–1 to lift their seventh Norwegian Cup title.
