About the player
Milan Heča spent almost his entire senior career at Slovácko, having come through the club's youth ranks after starting out at SK Krumvíř and FK Šardice. He made his breakthrough there between 2010 and 2018 before Sparta Prague paid roughly 10 million crowns to sign him.
At Sparta he won the Czech First League title in the 2022–23 season. A year earlier he had started the Czech Cup final for Sparta, only for the match to end in a 1–3 defeat to Slovácko. He was left out of the following season's cup final, which Sparta also lost, this time to Slavia Prague.
When his Sparta contract ran out, Heča returned to Slovácko on a free transfer. A call-up to the senior Czech national team came in March 2022, though he has yet to add a cap at that level to the single appearance he made for the under-20 side.
