Pablo Solari

Solari came off the bench for Spartak Moscow against FC Orenburg in March 2025 and scored shortly afterwards — a debut that repaid a fee reported at €10m plus €2m in bonuses, the sum that brought him from River Plate on a deal running to June 2029.

The route there ran through Chile. Talleres de Córdoba registered him but never played him in the first team; Colo-Colo took him on loan in November 2020 and liked what they saw enough to buy 80% of his sporting rights the following December for $1.3 million. He scored 16 goals in 71 appearances for the club and collected the Copa Chile, the Supercopa de Chile and the Chilean Primera División title. He was named best player of the 2021 Copa Chile and picked for the Chilean Primera División symbolic team in 2022. His hometown of Arizona, in San Luis Province, made him an honorary citizen in 2021.

River Plate paid €5 million for 60% of his rights in July 2022, with Colo-Colo and Talleres each keeping a fifth. Three seasons in Buenos Aires brought 110 appearances, 30 goals and 17 assists, along with the 2023 Argentine Primera División title, the Trofeo de Campeones and the Supercopa Argentina.

A right winger who can play as an attacking midfielder, Solari has since made 43 appearances for Spartak and scored 11 goals — eight in the league, three in the Russian Cup, the competition Spartak won in 2025–26.
