Pavel Kaczor

Pavel Kačor came through Karviná's academy after starting out at TJ Petřvald, signing his first professional contract with the club in November 2023 and making his senior debut that season, coming on as a substitute in a 3–0 defeat away to Sparta Praha. Slavia Praha took him on loan for the 2024/25 season, where he played mostly for the reserve side in the Czech National Football League.

He returned to Karviná in the summer of 2025 and established himself as a regular starter. Kačor scored his first top-flight goal against Slavia Praha in February 2026, and by the spring half of the season he had become the club's top scorer in the league. His biggest contribution came in the MOL Cup, where he scored the winning goal in the semi-final against Baník Ostrava and started the final, which Karviná won 3–1 against Jablonec to lift the first major trophy in the club's history.

Karviná's relegation that summer preceded Kačor's move to Slavia Praha for a fee of around €3 million, the highest sale in Karviná's history, on a contract running to 2030.

At youth international level, Kačor scored four goals in ten caps for the Czech U18 side. He made his U21 debut against Scotland in a UEFA Euro U21 qualifier in March 2026. Karviná fans voted him their best athlete in 2022, and he took second place in the club's individual award at its 2024 sports gala.
