About the player
Ross MacIver came through the ranks at Ross County before a string of loans — Wick Academy, Forfar Athletic, Elgin City and Greenock Morton all had him on their books. That apprenticeship led to a permanent move to Motherwell in 2019, then a run of free transfers — Partick Thistle, Alloa Athletic, and in 2023 Falkirk — that has taken him steadily through Scottish football's middle tiers.
In between, he was Falkirk's top scorer in that 2023–24 title-winning season, finishing with 14 league goals.
