RTC opened the scoring when Jitsuen Dorjii found the net in the 33rd minute, giving the home side a brief advantage. Timphu City responded with two late goals — one in the 84th minute and another in stoppage time at 90+1 — to complete the turnaround.
We had called for the away win with 45 per cent confidence before kick-off, and the result proved us right. Timphu City didn't dominate the early exchanges, but they kept their heads and struck when it mattered.

The win moves them further clear of the chasing pack while RTC's position in the middle of the table looks increasingly precarious.
