About the player
Sascha Meyer came through every youth level at FC Luzern before stepping into the senior squad in the 2023/24 season, and the club made that pathway formal in June 2026 when it handed him his first professional contract, tying him to Luzern until 30 June 2029. Since then he has featured six times in the Swiss Super League, totalling 186 minutes on the pitch as a forward.
Before his breakthrough, Meyer spent time with FC Luzern's U21 side in the Promotion League. He has also been capped by Switzerland at youth level, appearing eight times for the U18s and scoring once, before adding two caps for the U19s.
