Santiago Sosa

Santiago Sosa came through San Lorenzo's academy and made his professional debut on 3 August 2024, going on to play 20 matches across all competitions that year: 17 in the Liga Profesional, two in the Copa Libertadores and one in the Copa Argentina. Official records show no goals or assists from that spell, and he did not pick up any silverware with the club.

On 3 January 2025 Sosa moved to Defensa y Justicia, in a deal whose reported value varies by source.

In 2019 he featured in the South American U-20 Championship, playing 12 matches without scoring, before going to the U-20 World Cup, where he made four appearances. Argentina's run at that tournament ended in the last 16, beaten 3-0 by England. He had not been called up to the senior national team by the end of 2024.
