Tiago Castro

Tiago Castro's football education came at three of Portugal's biggest academies in succession: Sporting CP, then Braga, then Vitória Guimarães. It was with Vitória's B side that he had his real breakthrough, spending three and a half seasons in the LigaPro and racking up 95 appearances and 7 goals.

In 2021 his path took an unusual turn: instead of chasing another Portuguese club, Castro left for France to join Paris 13 Atlético, then playing in the amateur tiers of National 2 and National 3. He settled there, scoring 14 goals in 55 appearances across his first stint. A season and a half at Lusitanos St Maur followed, where the team won the National 3 group title during his time on the books, before he returned to Paris 13 Atlético for a further campaign.

At youth level, Castro represented Portugal's under-15 and under-16 sides during his years at Braga, earning 9 caps, but he has not featured for the senior national team.

His move to Feirense brought him back to Portuguese football and into Liga Portugal 2, where he has made his first appearances for the club as a free-agent signing on a contract running to 2028.
