About the player
Tkachev came through Baranovichi's own youth school before leaving the city to make his name in the second tier with the ABFF U19 side, where he started as a right-back and racked up 32 appearances in the 2025 Second League season, adding an assist along the way. He made five appearances in the Belarusian Premier League with Dnepr Mogilev.
His stay in Mogilev was short. He left the club in July 2026 and signed for Baranovichi on a free transfer — a return to the city where he was born and to the academy that first developed him. The move coincided with Baranovichi's own rise: the club had just won the First League in 2025 and stepped up to the Premier League for the new season, giving Tkachev a route back into the top flight with the team that raised him.
