Vadim Balbukh

Vadim Balbukh arrived at Baranovichi in January 2026 on a free transfer after his contract with Belshina ran out, taking the number 8 shirt on a deal that runs to the end of 2026.

His most productive spell came at Orsha, where he spent three seasons between 2021 and 2023, became captain and made 76 appearances, scoring 14 goals. That run followed earlier stints at Smorgon in 2016 and 2018, and an initial season at Belshina Bobruisk in 2014, when his senior career began with a single Vysshaya Liga appearance.

Balbukh returned to Belshina in January 2024, once again on a free transfer, after the club had dropped into the First League. He stayed through the 2024 season and into 2025, helping the side work its way back up to the Vysshaya Liga before his move to Baranovichi.

Born in Stakhanov, he holds Belarusian citizenship and has built his career entirely within Belarusian football, without international caps at any level. His path has been defined less by silverware — he has yet to win a domestic title or individual award — than by steady service across several First League clubs, culminating in his first taste of the Vysshaya Liga in years with Baranovichi.
