Beirut carries the country's football administration as much as any single club: the Lebanese Football Association has run the game from the city since 22 March 1933, and the U20 side exists as one of its youth generations rather than a club with its own founding story. It trains and plays wherever the association can put it — the American University of Beirut's field, Saida Municipal Stadium on occasion — before assembling for a tournament, then dispersing back into domestic squads.

Camille Chamoun Sports City Stadium, the association's main venue, is where the bigger fixtures land.

The results read as a squad still finding its level in Asian football: bottom of Group I in the 2023 AFC U-20 Asian Cup qualifiers, one win and two draws from six matches, no appearance yet in the finals tournament itself. The one mark on the record worth keeping is third place at the 2021 WAFF U-20 Championship, a regional rather than continental honour. Goalkeeper Mohammad Taha and captain Zaher Hassan are the names sources tie to that generation moving up through the ranks.

Red and white, the cedar on the badge, the nickname Rijal al-Arz. No fixed rival is recorded for the age group, only the wider regional friction with Syria and Jordan that follows Lebanese football at every level.
