Stadium
Enersense Areena
Pori, Finland
Formerly: Isomäki Ice Hall, Porin jäähalli, Isomäki Areena, West Areena
The ground sits in the Isomäki district of Pori. Metsämiehenkatu 21 is the address of the building.
It opened in 1971 on land that had held an artificial ice rink since 1964. The surface beneath the boards is artificial ice. The city of Pori owns the site, and the primary tenant has been the Liiga team Porin Ässät ever since the doors first opened. They have played there for decades, and the arena has hosted significant events, including the 1976 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships.
The sponsorship name 'Enersense Areena' was adopted in 2021, replacing the older titles of Isomäki Ice Hall and West Areena.
