Estádio Urbano Caldeira (Vila Belmiro)

The club bought the 16,500 sq m plot in 1916, and the ground opened that October with a 2–1 win over Ipiranga, delayed a few days from the original date. It carried no name of its own for years, known simply as Campo do Santos, until the club renamed it in March 1933 for Urbano Vilela Caldeira, a former vice-president who had died days earlier.

The record crowd, 32,986, came on 20 September 1964 for a goalless draw with Corinthians. Capacity once ran near 22,000; the 1997 rebuild closed the ground on all four sides with a new stand behind one goal, and later safety rules requiring seating over terracing brought the number down to 16,068. For the 2026 Copa Sudamericana it was allowed up 16,200 through a temporary reshuffle of the away section.

He scored eight against Botafogo-SP here on 21 November 1964, in an 11–0 win, and played his farewell match for Santos on this pitch on 2 October 1974. A spell of floodlights added in 1931, the first concrete stand in 1955, an American football match staged here in 2010, and, in January 2023, his body lying in state on the same turf before burial. In August 2024 the ground took on a sponsor's name, Vila Viva Sorte, the first commercial rebrand in its history.
