The complex was redeveloped with funding from the Generalitat Valenciana and the Diputación de Castellón, executed by Becsa for the civil works and Telecso for the electrical installations. It is officially named Instalaciones Deportivas Gaetà Huguet, after the former mayor of Castelló de la Plana who died in 1983, though locals continue to call it by its older name, Complejo Deportivo Gaetà Huguet. The facility serves as the home for CD Castellón B, which plays in the Segunda RFEF, as well as for the women’s team and various youth sides from the academy. There is no grandstand, no seating for a large crowd, and no official attendance record for a single match. The website for the venue is hosted on the city council’s domain, and the address is listed as Carretera de Ribesalbes, s/n, placing it in the northern part of the city, near the Ribesalbes neighbourhood. The ground does not host first-team matches, nor does it attract crowds that fill the stands. It is a place for preparation, for development, for the next generation.

Instalaciones Deportivas Gaetà Huguet is a sports complex in Castelló de la Plana, Spain, primarily serving as the home ground for the reserve team of CD Castellón. The facility was renovated and reopened in 2015, featuring two artificial turf pitches. It is named after Gaetà Huguet, the former mayor of the city, who passed away in 1983. The complex is located on Carretera de Ribesalbes, s/n, near the Centro Comercial La Salera. It hosts matches for CD Castellón B in the Segunda RFEF, as well as for the women’s team and youth academies. The ground does not have a significant capacity or a recorded attendance figure for individual matches, reflecting its role as a training and development facility rather than a major stadium.
