Malleny Park
Balerno, United Kingdom
The ground at Malleny Park is on the edge of Balerno, and members raised the finance and did the building work themselves, with the clubhouse finally completed in 1982.
The capacity is a modest 2,000. The surface is 3G artificial synthetic pitch, installed in 2014 following funding from the Scottish Government's Cashback for Pitches fund.
They also won the Tennent's Shield in 1996 and reached the BT Cup final in 2005–06.
The land was held on a long lease from Lord Rosebery, adjacent to the historic Malleny Garden owned by the National Trust for Scotland. The venue is also used for community and school use. It is not the largest ground in Edinburgh, but it is the one where the club built itself.
