The Podkarpackie Centrum Piłki Nożnej takes its shape from a single, sweeping main stand. This is not a stadium built around a town square or a railway station; it sits on a clean slate of green fields.

The ground carries the weight of the old Stadion MOSiR. That previous venue, with its capacity once reaching twelve thousand, was demolished in 2016 to make room for this structure. The current stand is a fraction of that size, holding 3,764 spectators. The complex includes two full-size natural grass training pitches, indicating a purpose that extends beyond the ninety minutes on Saturday afternoon.

The stadium has already hosted four matches of the UEFA Women's Under-19 Championship 2025, including a semi-final, and saw a Poland U-20 side play against Portugal. The domestic league attendance record sits at the full capacity of the stand. A brief spell was also spent here by Stal Rzeszów while their own ground underwent renovations.
