The ground is a study in layers. The stadium hosted a crowd of 15,000 for a Polish Cup match against Widzew Łódź in 1981, a capacity the current all-seated design cannot replicate. Modern infrastructure sits alongside these older foundations. A heated pitch was installed in 2020, and floodlights delivering 1,600 lux were fitted three years prior, bringing the facility up to European standards.
Visually, the stadium is defined by its scale rather than its grandeur. The roof provides partial cover for the main stand, a feature added in 2011, while a separate media pavilion was constructed during the 2018–2019 renovation period.
