Stadionul Putna
Putna, Romania
Stadionul Putna began its life on September 7, 2024, when Mihai Roman retired as a player. The investment came from the state-owned company Compania Națională de Investiții, bringing a total of 3 million euros to the village.
It is a modest venue, holding just 800 spectators on natural grass. The primary tenant is CS Bradul Putna. The stadium has already seen higher-division visitors, such as FC Botoșani, who pinned them back in a pre-season test match by a score of 7–0.
The most significant event so far was the Suceava County Cupa României Final for the Liga IV division. On June 13, 2026, CS Bradul Putna defeated Academica Gălănești 1–0. The victory was not celebrated universally, however. The opposing captain refused to go away, leading his team off the field in protest of refereeing decisions. The stadium remains a focal point for local football, hosting training camps and cup finals alike.
