Long before football arrived at Expo Idaho, the fairgrounds track opened in 1970 and took the name Les Bois Park three years later, and the pitch and stands raised for Athletic Club Boise now stand on that old circuit.
Ground was broken in late March 2025, the FIFA-certified turf went down that November, and the project got over the line the following April. Chattanooga Red Wolves supplied the opposition for the first match played there.
Ada County owns the land and has handed Boise Pro Soccer a 30-year lease to play its home matches on it, while day-to-day running of the venue falls to Expo Sports and Entertainment.
