In January 2020 Jim Jensen , a local tradesman, bought the naming rights to the municipal ground in Rødovre, and Espelundens Idrætsanlæg — known for decades simply as Espelunden — became Tømrermester Jim Jensens Park . Nothing else changed with it: the capacity stayed where it was, and the pitch is the same natural grass Boldklubben Avarta have played on since the ground opened.
