About the player
Neman beat ML Vitebsk 5-4 on penalties after a 2-2 draw, and Nazarenko came on to play 46 minutes of the match.
He arrived in Grodno a year earlier. Neman signed him from FC Minsk on 3 February 2025 on a three-year contract running to the end of 2027, and the fee was reported as €20,000.
Nazarenko came through the FC Minsk academy, playing for the under-17 side in 2020–2021 and the under-19 side in 2021–2022. In 2022 he moved into the reserve team, Minsk-2, and stayed with it until 2024. That last season ended with the Belarusian Second League title. His first-team debut had already come in August 2023, and he remained in the senior squad through the 2024 season before leaving for Neman.
His international path has run through the youth ranks. He first played for Belarus at under-21 level in March 2024 and appeared in six matches of qualifying for the 2027 UEFA European Under-21 Championship. He has not yet won a senior cap.
Nazarenko is right-footed and plays in central midfield.
