Dennis Srbeny

Dennis Srbeny came up through Berlin football, moving through the youth ranks at BSC Rehberge 1945, Tennis Borussia Berlin and Hertha Zehlendorf before breaking into senior football with Hertha Zehlendorf in the 2012/13 season. From there he joined Hansa Rostock II, working his way into the first team and picking up the Regional Cup Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in 2014/15. A move to BFC Dynamo followed, where he added the Regional Cup Berlin in 2016/17 before a free transfer took him to SC Paderborn 07.

His biggest move came in January 2018, when Norwich City paid a reported €1.5 million for him. He was part of the Norwich squad that won the EFL Championship title in 2018/19, contributing three league goals and two more in the League Cup. He returned to Paderborn on a permanent deal in January 2020 and stayed there until July 2023, when he joined SpVgg Greuther Fürth on a free transfer.

At Fürth, Srbeny has built into a regular presence in attack. Among his goals for the club, his strike against SV Elversberg in March 2024 and the one that opened the 2024/25 season against Preußen Münster stand out. His contract at Fürth was extended through to the end of June 2027, tying him to the club for the coming seasons.
