Jamalutdin Abdulkadyrov

Jamalutdin Abdulkadyrov's rise through Anzhi Makhachkala came with a change of role: signed as a left-sided attacking midfielder, he was moved back to centre-back. When Anzhi's youth setup closed in 2019, he moved to CSKA Moscow's academy and worked his way up through the age groups, winning the Youth Football League title with CSKA in 2024 before making his senior debut for the club on 26 April 2025.

His progress was quick enough to earn a senior international call-up: Abdulkadyrov made his debut for the Russian national team on 10 June 2025, in a friendly against Belarus. He has also featured six times for Russia's under-21 side.

In February 2026 CSKA sent him out on loan to Akhmat Grozny for the rest of the season, and he debuted for his new side in the Russian Premier League on 1 March 2026, going on to make three appearances there. The loan deal was structured with options attached: Akhmat held the right to sign him permanently for 60 million roubles, a fee that would have become obligatory under certain conditions, though the clause was not triggered. CSKA, in turn, secured a buy-back right from January 2027, valued between 120 and 200 million roubles. Abdulkadyrov returned to CSKA on 10 June 2026.

A left-footed defender by trade, CSKA's own listing puts him at 193cm, though Wikipedia records him a couple of centimetres taller.
