Egor Kortsov

Egor Kortsov has become one of the Belarusian Premier League's most productive attackers, finishing as the competition's top scorer for the 2023–2026 period with 37 goals. He is the first player to reach double figures in the league in three consecutive seasons, with 16 goals in 2024, 11 in 2025 and more than 10 in 2026. That consistency was recognised in 2025, when he was named Most Valuable Player of the Belarusian Higher League at the "Star Ball" ceremony. He has also set up goals at a high rate, topping the assist charts in 2025 with 13 and finishing as the competition's best assister in 2023.

Kortsov came through the Zenit St Petersburg academy before joining FK Leningradets in 2018, where he spent four years in Russia's lower divisions. His progress there was interrupted in September 2019 by a serious leg injury that required surgery and kept him out of action until November 2020. He returned to fitness and eventually moved into the Dinamo Brest system, initially on loan spells at ML Vitebsk and MKK-Dnepr Rogachev, before going back to Brest on loan in August 2023. The relationship was made permanent in January 2025, when Dinamo Brest signed him outright from Leningradets.

At international level, Kortsov represented Russia at Under-20 level between 2019 and 2020, making five appearances and scoring twice, though he has not featured for the senior national team. His goal in round nine of the 2024 season was voted the best of that round, a small marker of the sharpness that has driven his goal-scoring record in Belarus.
