Eduard Rădăslăvescu holds the record for appearances for the Romania under-20 side, with 15 caps. He also shares the team's all-time scoring record with Atanas Trică, each on four goals. He has played for Romania at under-17, under-19, under-20 and under-21 level.
His club story starts in Constanța. He came through the youth academy at Farul, the club formerly known as Viitorul Constanța, and made his senior debut in October 2021. He began the 2022–23 season with Farul, then left in August 2022 for FCSB. The reported fee was between €800,000 and €900,000.
At FCSB he wore the number 80 and stayed until July 2024. He won the Supercupa României there in 2024.
That same July he returned to Farul on a free transfer and went back to the number 20 shirt. An attacking midfielder, he is right-footed, and the 2024–25 Cupa României gave him a run in front of goal. His three goals in the competition put him among its top scorers.
