About the player
Filip Majchrowicz arrived at Radomiak Radom in spring 2021 on a free transfer and helped the club win the Fortuna 1. Liga title that season. It was his first spell at the club, and he has since returned to it.
His route there was gradual. Born in Olsztyn, he spent 2016 to 2018 in the Polonia Warszawa academy and finished that period with a silver medal at the Polish Junior Championship in 2017/18. He then signed for Cracovia, but his first senior minutes came out on loan: three appearances for Resovia in 2019/20, then five for Cracovia's second team in 2020/21.
The autumn after the title brought recognition. On 8 October 2021 he made his debut for the Poland U-21 side in a 2-2 draw with Hungary, which remains his only cap at that level. In November the same year he was named Ekstraklasa Young Player of the Month.
The next stretch was harder. Loan moves to Pafos FC in 2022–23 and to IK Sirius in 2023 produced no competitive appearances at either club, the result of injury and competition for the starting place.
On 1 July 2024 he joined Górnik Zabrze, again on a free transfer, and spent the 2024–25 season there. A year later, on 1 July 2025, he went back to Radomiak, signing a contract that runs until 30 June 2028.
He is right-footed and 194 cm tall.
