About the player
Florian Haită arrived at FC Voluntari in July 2025 on a free transfer, joining after his loan spell at CSM Reșița had run its course. It marked the latest stop in a career built almost entirely on loan moves, as he was shuttled between clubs while formally registered elsewhere for much of his time in senior football.
Haită's football education began at Academia Sport Team București before he moved to the Gheorghe Hagi Academy and then into the Viitorul Constanța youth setup in 2019. He was part of the Viitorul Constanța under-19 squad that won both the under-17 and under-19 Supercups.
The most notable stretch of his career came during a loan at Universitatea Cluj, where he helped the side reach the final of the 2022–23 Cupa României. Cluj lost that final to Sepsi Sfântu Gheorghe on penalties. Further loan spells followed at Argeș Pitești and then CSM Reșița.
A left-footed midfielder, Haită has yet to feature for Romania at any level, senior or youth.
