About the player
Maksim Kuntsevich came through the FC Vitebsk academy in his home city and, in 2024, made his official debut for the club. He has not been a fringe figure since: he quickly became a regular starter in the Belarusian Premier League.
The route was short. He trained with the club's youth side until 2023, then joined the senior squad. A year later came the debut, and he has stayed in the defence, where he is used at centre-back and at left-back.
In 2025 he was also registered with FC Vitebsk-2, the reserve team in the Belarusian Second League. That side reached the final stage of the competition and finished 12th.
In the top flight he has made about 33 league appearances and scored two goals. He has not yet been capped by the senior Belarus national team.
