Robin Salvatore Fellhauer

Robin Salvatore Fellhauer's biggest move so far came in the summer of 2025, when FC Augsburg activated the release clause in his contract and paid SV Elversberg €700,000 to bring him to the Bundesliga, tying him down until 2029. It capped a rise built almost entirely at Elversberg, where he made 161 appearances and scored 14 goals, and where he wore the captain's armband. He was part of the side that won the 3. Liga title in the 2022/23 season, securing promotion to the 2. Bundesliga.

Fellhauer, born in Mannheim, started out in the academy at 1. FC Saarbrücken before moving to SC Freiburg as a teenager. He spent three seasons with Freiburg's second team in the Regionalliga Südwest, then left on a free transfer to join Elversberg in September 2019. It was there, rather than at a bigger club, that his career took shape and eventually the team's leader on the pitch.

Earlier still, he represented Germany at youth level, gathering caps for the U15, U16 and U18 sides, eight appearances in total, without progressing further up the international age groups. A right-footed defensive midfielder, he now moves into a new chapter at Augsburg.
