Baltimore have stayed in Haiti's top flight, the Ligue Haïtienne, through to the 2024/25 season without a relegation scare, and they are due to enter the CONCACAF Caribbean Club Shield.
Baltimore Sportif Club, known as BSC and dressed in red and black, began on 1 August 1974. They won the Clôture in 2005, then the Ouverture in 2006 and again in 2007. A fourth arrived with the 2011 Ouverture. In 2006 they also took the Coupe d'Haïti and the Coupe Digicel.
They beat Cavaly 1–0 in 2007 and AS Mirebalais 2–1 in 2013. In between, in 2011, they went through on penalties against Tempête FC. The two meet in the Derby Saint-Marcois, and more than 100 matches have been played between them.
Haiti internationals such as Paul Makendel, Jude Saint Louis and Emerson Georges have worn the shirt.
The most recent honour is the 2013 Super Cup.
