Yassine Zraâ came through the academy at Complexe Sportif de Fès before moving on to Amiens SC and later Union Touarga Sport.
Formed in 1948, the club has never reached Botola Pro 1 or Botola Pro 2. Its one trophy of note is the Championnat National Amateur, won in the 2007–08 season — a regional amateur title, not a national one, and the closest the club has come to silverware. A Coupe du Trône run in 2017–18 ended in the final; an earlier campaign, in 1988–89, stopped at the semi-final stage. Neither converted into the club's first major honour.
Renovation work at the Complexe Sportif de Fès forced the club out in 2019, and matches were played at Terrain Saadienne and El Mernissi until the ground reopened.
The Black and White share Fez with Maghreb de Fès.
